Adjacent to a senior housing facility,
this project included a lap pool, spa, and male and female locker room / rest
room facilities. and required
careful planning to meet the active seniors' special needs. The building was
sited on a downhill slope, and cut into the hill to minimize its impact on uphill
residents' views.
